C&S - The Unsinkable Company!
We are in some very uncertain times dealing with the covid-19 pandemic situation that has throw all of us for a loop - and all the protesting for changes that l feel will benefit this great country. Back in 2006, C&S was working on a 6 million dollar project (The Cascade Professional Park project where we built 4 office condominiums for a client). It was then I saw the economy climate changing.

By the end of 2006 and into 2007 (after the Cascade project was complete), the economy crashed into pieces. Then in December 2019 covid-19 hit and affected my family and many other families and businesses across the country. Throughout it all, C&S has remained "the unsinkable company". I started C&S in 1990 in the den of my home with a Brother typewriter and a desk phone with an answering machine (I wore a beeper to receive calls!). No cellphone or computers.
